As your digital partner, Pulsar makes it easy to analyze the information collected by our sensors so you can carry out accurate and timely assessments of areas for improvement in your plant. In the Analytics module, you can view this information through charts and pareto diagrams.
Learn how to view these charts in just three simple steps:

Go to the menu

Find the chart you want to view under Dashboards or Other Graphics.

Set the filters based on the information you want to see, and you’re done!
Important: When setting filters, don’t forget to click "Update filter" to save your changes
The information is grouped into the following categories of analysis and charts:

Availability: Percentage of the total shift time that was productive.
-
Stop Annotation: Percentage of downtimes that were classified using the "Stop Catalogue" causes.
- Stops: General and specific causes of recorded downtimes.
- Production: Number of registered pieces.

OEE: Product of Availability × Performance × Quality.

Advanced Charts: Historical metric analysis, shift analysis, and paretos by downtime cause and by machine.
You can also download data in various formats and export images for your reports and presentations by clicking the three dots in the upper-right corner of each chart.

.csv – Exports data in table format, ideal for handling large data sets.

.xlsx – Exports data in Excel table format, compatible with Excel 2007–2013 macros.

.json – Exports data in list format, for integration with other applications.

.png – Exports the chart as an image.
Note: The time displayed in the charts depends on the scheduled shift hours for each machine.
