Machines without data are shown in Pulsar with a gray-colored bar, which may be caused by a problem or disconnection with the Pulsar Smart Hub or the router:
To restore the connection, please check the following in order:
Pulsar Smart Hub

Power connection of the power adapter.

LED indicator on the power adapter is on.

Connection between the Pulsar Smart Hub and the power adapter.

LED on the Pulsar Smart Hub is on.

Slow blinking light blue: System is online and operating correctly.

Off: Check the connection to the power adapter and the power outlet.

Solid light of any color: Error — restart the hub by unplugging it for 10 seconds.

Fast blinking light blue or green: Possible issue with the router — check the connection and restart it.
The Pulsar Smart Hub stores sensor data even without an internet connection. Depending on the model, it can store data from 4 hours to several days. Once the connection is restored, the data will sync to the cloud. If the hub is not powered, no data will be stored.
